"Helpful updates, but a little late"
The race day texts were clear and easy to understand, which I appreciated. I just wish they had come a bit earlier because I was worried about missing an important update or not getting to the right spot in time. Overall helpful, but earlier timing would’ve made me feel a lot less stressed

"Shoes were fine once they got here"
I ordered a pair of shoes and overall the experience wasn’t bad. The shoes themselves showed up in good shape and were pretty much what I expected, so no complaints there. The packaging was fine too, nothing damaged or weird. I did find myself checking the tracking more than I usually would because it didn’t update very often, and in the end it took about a week and a half for them to arrive. Not a huge deal, but I was kind of hoping they’d get here a little faster.

"Kept running into the same annoying issues"
I tried using the site, but after a few minutes I started noticing the same pattern over and over: pages would load strangely, my filters would reset, and checkout kept sending me in circles. At first I thought maybe I clicked something wrong, but it kept happening enough that I just gave up after about 10 minutes.

"Checkout was more frustrating than I expected"

"Return process took longer than expected"
The return process was a bit more frustrating than I hoped. I sent everything back and I’m still waiting on my refund, so I’m hoping it gets sorted out soon. It hasn’t been a terrible experience, but it could definitely be a little smoother.

"Gait analysis felt a bit rushed"
I went in mostly for the gait analysis, and I left feeling a little disappointed. It was over fast, like they watched me run for a minute and then gave me a basic shoe recommendation. Weirdly, I still remember there was a tiny squeaky noise from the treadmill the whole time, which might be why the whole thing stuck in my mind.

The staff were friendly enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience in that sense. I just expected more of an explanation about my stride, what they were seeing, and why certain shoes would be better for me. For something that was supposed to help me choose the right pair, it didn’t feel all that helpful

"Decent race, but the course setup could’ve been better"
The race itself was fine, but the course management felt a bit messy. Compared to other paid events I’ve done, the signage wasn’t as clear and a few volunteers seemed unsure about where to direct people. I still had an okay time, but I definitely expected things to run a little more smoothly...

"Prices Just Felt off to Me"
I was about to order from Pacers Running, but the prices just seemed kinda High for what they were offering. I found similar stuff cheaper somewhere else without much Searching. Maybe it makes sense for some people, but for me it just Didn’t feel like a fair deal

"Refund dragged on longer than it should have"
I ordered from Pacers Running and ended up having to return the item. The return itself was straightforward, so I thought the refund would follow soon after. But it just kind of sat there. I kept checking my email, my account page, and even my bank app way more times than I want to admit, and there wasn’t much in the way of clear updates. The little “pending” type limbo is what really got on my nerves. Maybe other people have a smoother time with them, but for me the refund took too long and made the whole experience feel frustrating.

"Delivery was fiiine, just not super consistent"
I ordered from runpacers.com the stuff did show up, so I can’t really complain too much there.
The timing was just a little all over the place. Tracking didn’t update for a while, and then the package showed up later than I thought it would. Not a disaster or anything, just kind of annoyyying when you’re waiting around and checking for updates.

I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a hurry, but I wouldn’t rely on it for something I needed by a specific day.

"Training plan felt a bit too generic"
I signed up hoping the training plan would give me some solid structure, but it ended up feeling generic. The workouts didn’t really seem matched to where I was fitness-wise, and some of the mileage jumps felt kind of random, haha.
I also wish there had been more explanation around why certain sessions were included, because I felt like I was guessing a lot of the time. It might work better for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it.

"Packet pickup was frustratingly slow"
I was disappointed with how packet pickup went. I expected a quick stop, but the line dragged on way longer than it should have. Everything felt disorganized, and the staff seemed unsure about where the bibs and materials were. I did eventually get my packet, but it was such a messy process that it really needs to be addressed before the next event.

"Pretty solid running gear overall"
I ordered a pair of shorts and a top from Pacers Running, and I’m happy with them. The material feels nice, and after a few runs the stitching still looks solid, so I feel like I made a decent choice. The fit was mostly right, though maybe just a tiny bit tight, but not enough for me to bother sending it back. I’m giving it 4 stars because the quality is definitely good, but since it wasn’t a perfect fit for me, I don’t think 5 stars would be totally fair.

"Got exactly what I ordered"
I ordered a pair of running shoes from Pacers Running, and they showed up in the right size, color, and model. That might sound basic, but my main expectation was just getting the correct shoes without any mix-ups, and they met that just fine.

Shipping was a little slower than I had hoped, so I wouldn’t say it was perfect. But since the order itself was accurate and nothing was missing, I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

"Disappointing visit for running shoes"
I stopped by the store hoping to get some help picking out running shoes, but the whole experience felt uncomfortable. I stood around for a bit near the shoe wall while a couple of staff members kept chatting with each other, and when I finally got someone’s attention, the answer was quick and not very useful. The store itself looked clean and organized, with the shoes lined up neatly, but the service felt cold and rushed. I ended up leaving without buying anything.
